The House
Antique house with two floors. In the upper part it has two spacious rooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
Ground Floor
Exhibition Room 1: 61 m2

The two spaces can function separately or together, creating one large room. Both rooms have large windows overlooking the main street of Coswig and independent access doors.

Studio 1 of 34 m2 and Studio 2 of 24 m2.
Open work space ideal for workshop uses.
Able for visual arts and multimedia projects.
Available for creation in any of the scenic modalities (theater, dance, circus) and interactive activities. They have concrete floors (no linoleum). With brick walls, windows to the main courtyard, natural light, fluorescent lights and curtains.
Studio 3 of 16 m2
It can be used as a meeting room, or for office work, for creators and professionals in the cultural sector. Perfect for creation, production and audiovisual editing projects.
Rustic garden of 1000 m2
Our beautiful back garden can be used as a resting place, garden project, outdoor activities and any creative and safe use you want to give it.
The Hof
A central courtyard of 40 m2, is the heart of the space, linking the workplaces, with the exhibition spaces and is the gateway to the garden. Ideal for resting, socializing, sharing, but it can also be used as a reception area in case of opening the work spaces to the public (open atelier) or for classes or outdoor activities.
The Tigre Delta has more than 350 rivers and streams. This complex water system, which emerged from the formation and growth of the islands that divide the course of the waters, contributes to shape the landscape, constitutes communication routes, shapes the life and customs of its inhabitants and plays an essential role in the history and culture of the local people.
The house
The residency takes place in a lovely house surrounded by trees that protect it from the strong sun and has its own access platform.
The house has two floors: Upstairs, it has two spacious and connected bedrooms + bathroom with shower.
First floor has a large kitchen, a common room, a bedroom, a laundry room + bathroom.
Terraces It has two terraces of 30 square meters (one of them with a bathroom).

Makerspace
Access to 3D printing workshop, laser cutting, router and new technologies guided by our industrial designer.

The residency concludes with an online exhibition, where participants showcase their work.
Weekly Visits
Weekly visits to artists, museums and STEAM scene to generate interdisciplinary dialogues. (Only On-site)

Engaging talks with invited guests tailored to the interests of our participants.
